| Product Guarantee, Limited Liability Warranty and Crash Replacement Program |
Self-Propelled Industries, LLC, is proud of the technology and workmanship of
our hmano products. hmano warrants all of its products to be free of defects in
Material and Workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase by
the original purchaser. hmano will, at its sole option, replace or repair defective
products. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a
defective product and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies
only to the original owner and is not transferable.
For warranty service or replacement, you must contact hmano first at
warranty@hmano.com, and you must ship the product at your cost in proper
packaging that gives an adequate amount of protection. Include your proof of
purchase. Return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase.
hmano will not issue a for warranty service or replacement.
Now the fine print: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
cosmetic damage, damage due to improper installation or maintenance, acts of
God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modification of any part of the
product, or attempted repair by anyone other than hmano. This warranty does
not cover products sold through eBay (unless specifically offered), sold “AS
IS,” or sold as a previously used, mounted, or as a demo unit. This warranty is
void for all purposes if the product is not mounted or set-up by a professional
bicycling shop. The hmano product warranty is only valid within the country the
product is purchased from. hmano shall not be responsible for incidental or
consequential damages. All implied warranties, if any, are limited in duration to
the above stated one year warranty period. In no event shall hmano liability
exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, it’s failure, or for
any other reason. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages or duration for an implied
warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may
vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of

Crash Replacement: We know quality products are not easy on the wallet,
and therefore, offer a crash replacement program for the rest of us in the world
who can't afford to buy things twice. Therefore, notwithstanding the limitations
above, we will replace any product damaged by a crash, at a substantial
discount - i.e., our cost! Contact us at crash@hmano.com if you need to take
advantage of this program.
